Recently, four members of the Mapleworthy team had the privilege of attending the SiGMA 2024 iGaming Conference in Malta â or as SiGMA humbly calls it, âThe Mother of All Conferences.â

SiGMA 2024 Malta at a Glance
The Mapleworthy team interacted with over 200 sponsors and exhibitors and we listened to dozens of the conferenceâs 500+ expert speakers. Our favourite panel was Until when would a niche game be a niche game?, while we enjoyed learning more about the MGA-licensed casinos & Maltaâs gaming sector â and how they intertwine with our focus market, Canada.Â
Many of the top names in the industry were in attendance, including some of the biggest casinos and software developers â all of whom were eager to share their plans for the upcoming year. One such event is the SiGMA Poker Tour, a new series of live poker events which is set to bring the poker community closer, which we will report on in 2025.
